    Terry Stange is a registered dental assistant at Generations Family Dentistry. After attending Delta College, Stange worked nearly two decades with various dentists throughout mid-Michigan. She joined Generations Family Dentistry in 2001.

    “I enjoy working directly with the patients and the clinical aspects of assisting. My coworkers make every day enjoyable,” she said. Stange thinks Generations Family Dentistry is the best option for families in the Bay City area, because “We have a caring and knowledgeable staff,” she said.

    She enjoys outdoor activities, home décor, shopping, and dog training with the “canine family members”: Molly, Gracie, Zeke and Brando. “I pledge to provide quality dental care” for Generations Family Dentistry patients, Stange said.

    Lisa Starke is a registered dental hygienist at Generations Family Dentistry. In addition to attending Ferris State University, she worked as a co-op in high school for dentist Dave Donahue, visited the University of Michigan School of Dentistry during her senior year, and did some dental job shadowing.

    She joined Generations Family Dentistry in 1991. She most enjoys helping educate patients on the importance of oral health. “We offer quality dentistry in a friendly atmosphere. Our experience and education is superb,” Starke said.

    She enjoys spending time with her four children — Grant, Cole Michael, Luke and Claire — and their three dogs. “I pledge to uphold the quality and excellence that I would expect upon my family,” she said.

    Heather is a registered dental assistant at Generations Family Dentistry. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science with an advanced certificate in dental assisting from Delta College. She has more than 7 years of dental experience and joined Generations Family Dentistry in August 2017.

    “I thoroughly enjoy seeing how much our dentists care about each patient,” she said.

    She lives with her husband, two boys, and a dog. She loves cheering her oldest son at his sporting events, going shopping, watching a good football game, and enjoying Michigan summers.

    Alison Neering is a registered dental assistant at Generations Family Dentistry. She earned an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science with an advanced certificate in dental assisting from Delta College. She has more than 15 years of experience as a dental assistant and joined Generations Family Dentistry in 2012.

    “I enjoy working with people. I wanted my career to consist of something that I love and am passionate about,” she said. “My favorite part of my job is working with such an amazing dental team and providing state-of-the-art dental care with kindness and compassion to our patients.”

    Neering enjoys spending time with her husband, Dan, and two daughters, Avery and Anastyn. At Generations, she pledges to provide continuous compassionate care at all times. “We provide the finest dental care in the Great Lakes Bay Region for your entire family,” she said. “We have a team who truly cares about our patients and their dental health.”

    Ashley Suchodolski is the scheduling coordinator at Generations Family Dentistry. She attended Delta College and worked at an orthodontist’s office for three years before joining Generations Family Dentistry in 2002.

    “I love to work with people, and I am a good multi-tasker,” she said. “We have a great staff. We genuinely care about our patients and often consider them family.”

    Suchodolski enjoys reading and shopping, and spending time with son Jacob, family and friends. “I pledge to make patients feel comfortable and welcome from the first phone call to the completion of treatment,” she said.

    Becky Johnson is a registered dental hygienist at Generations Family Dentistry. She earned Associate’s Degrees in Applied Science in dental hygiene from Delta College in 2003. She joined Generations Family Dentistry in 2013.

    “I love my job and can’t see myself doing anything else. I’ve wanted to be a hygienist since I was 5 years old,” Becky said.

    When she’s not at work, she enjoys running, camping, and in-line skating. Her favorite way to spend free time, though, is doing anything with her sons, Jace and Dane.

    Carrie is the financial coordinator at Generations Family Dentistry. She joined the team in 2015 after many years of experience in the dental profession.

    Christy Higley is a registered dental hygienist at Generations Family Dentistry. She has an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science in dental hygiene and a Bachelor of Science degree in health and wellness. She joined Generations Family Dentistry in 1987.

    “I loved going to the dentist as a kid — seriously,” Higley said. She most enjoys building relationships with patients and considers Generations Family Dentistry the best around because, “The team is composed of all women who are truly caring and compassionate with patients.”

    Higley enjoys spending time with family and friends, and boating, swimming, visiting northern Michigan, walking and reading. “I pledge to do my best to make people feel comfortable, secure in an environment that can be intimidating and to teach people to best take care of their oral health as well as their general health,” she said.
